1. Product Condition

  • All devices sold are professionally refurbished and fully tested for resale.

  • Products may have minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches or scuffs, consistent with normal use.

  • Each item’s condition is clearly described in the product listing, including its cosmetic grade (A/B/C).

2. Warranty

  • We offer a standard [6-month] limited warranty covering hardware defects only.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Accidental or liquid damage

    • Battery degradation from normal use

    • Software issues caused by third-party installations or user modifications

  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

3. No Returns / No Cancellations

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind.

  • Order cancellations are not permitted once payment has been made.

  • We recommend reviewing all product details and specifications carefully before placing your order.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • All packages include tracking and are shipped via reliable courier services.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Software & Licensing

  • All laptops comes with pre-installed DOS operating system. 

  • Installation media (e.g., CDs/DVDs) is not included unless specified in the listing.

  • Software support does not include third-party applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • DigitalBluez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of any product purchased.

7. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

  • Your data is never sold or shared without your consent.
